Rainmaker Strategies Group participates in local community group golf charity
event (May 2011)
Spring Swing Charity Golf Classic Community Living Newmarket/Aurora held
its annual Spring Swing Charity Golf Classic at Silver Lakes Golf & Country
Club, on May 26th. Proceeds from this year's event will be used to fund
summer recreational programs and experiences for people who have an
intellectual disability. A silent auction, lunch and awards presentation were
also part of the event that everyone enjoyed.

Succession Plan Program completed at a local Community Living Group (July
2011)
Working closes with the Board of Director and Executive Director Rainmaker
Strategies Group successfully completes a Succession Plan program and is
conducting professional development programs to help the organization
develop staff to become succession ready.

Major Bank World Market Division selects Buying Styles workshop (August
2011)
One of Canada's top 3 banks selects Rainmaker Strategies Group to conduct
the Buying Styles program for their Capital Markets Trading and Sales Team.

PHD students gain networking skills (September & October 2011)
Rainmaker Strategies Group Networking Essentials is being offered across
Ontario Universities for PHD students. Students will gain valuable skills in how
to communicate effectively and build rapport with funders and organizations
that can help them forward their careers.

Keynote Speaker Ministry of Child and Youth Services (September 2011)
Claudia Ferryman is the keynote speaker at the annual Professional
Development event for MCYS on the subject of Navigating Change.

A Community Living Group - Leadership Development (September 2011 -
September 2012)
A local Community Living Group chooses Rainmaker Strategies Group to
conduct a one year Leadership Program to increase core competencies of
supervisors, managers and directors.

EatRight Ontario / Dietitians of Ontario Professional Development Day (October
2011)
Rainmaker Strategies Group conducted a one day workshop at the beautiful
Coach House on the Sunnybrook Estates for the ERO Team from across
Ontario.

Personal Mastery Retreat Weekend at the Centre for Social Innovation
(November 2011)
Rainmaker Strategies conducted it's popular women's retreat weekend at the
Centre for Social Innovation November 4 and 5th. Participants walked away
feeling transformed!

Negotiations workshop for national medical group (November 2011)
Rainmaker Strategies has been chosen to run a Negotiations Skills workshop
for a group of rheumatologists for a national medical group.
