Workshop Descriptions

Keynote Speaking Engagements
Claudia Ferryman is a highly sought-after keynote speaker. Her message
conveys the perfect blend of conceptual and practical strategies. Claudia
utilizes passion and humour to engage the audience. She has been a

Assessment Profiles
Assessment profiles are available for communication styles, leadership
preferences, sales / job competencies, relationship styles, emotional
intelligence and motivation factors. We also conduct 360 Degree surveys
and organizational surveys for customer service and employee
satisfaction.

Leadership Development Program
This leadership program is made up of 12 workshops that cover subjects
such as leadership styles, communication, conflict resolution, psychology
of influence, decision-making, strategic planning, change management
and more. Each participant will complete an online validated Leadership
Assessment that outlines their core competencies, emotional intelligence,
communication preferences and motivational factors. This program can
be completed as integrated 12 modules or select stand-alone workshops.

Dynamic Communications
Dynamic Communication is a behaviorally-based communication seminar
aimed at teaching people how to communicate using specialized
techniques and methods to understand themselves and others. The
seminar incorporates a behavioral assessment to give a more complete
understanding of each individual. Participants learn how to interact with
others and to appreciate each others’ behavioral styles. Improved
communication is noticed immediately after the seminar. This workshop is
certified for continuing educational credits. The training is based upon the
DISC Communication Model.

Team Building
This workshop is designed to enhance team effectiveness. You will be
exposed to practical methodologies used to develop cohesive teams who
communicate and work together in a more effective and productive
manner. You will gain access to the most advanced, leading-edge skills for
mobilizing cross-functional teams. Learn the reasons why teams fail and
how to motivate individuals to work collaboratively by understanding the
fundamental characteristics, communication styles and motivations of one
another.

“Selling with the Styles” Sales Intelligence Workshop
Learn proven strategies and techniques for developing more meaningful
and professional sales relationships with your clients. Learn about you and
your client's view of the world, how they choose to buy, how to build instant
rapport, how to identify your client's buying/decision making strategies,
and how to identify your client's motivational factors to manage your state
of mind for peak performance.

Powerful Speaking and Presenting Skills
This course is designed for anyone who has to facilitate meetings, train or
present to groups of people. Participants will discover the underlying
factors that affect how individuals learn and what motivates them. You will
gain knowledge about communication techniques, learning strategies,
special listening skills and how to capture and maintain the attention of
your audience. Training includes experiential exercises, lectures,
demonstration and self-assessment surveys.

Masterful Facilitation
This course is designed for anyone who has to provide training, facilitate
meetings or present to small or large groups of people. Participants will
learn many of the underlying factors that effect group dynamics. Learn
how individuals process information and what motivates them to learn,
and discover how to run buzz groups and conduct effective debriefing. You
will acquire powerful communication techniques, learning strategies,
special listening skills and how to capture and maintain the attention of

demonstration and self-assessment surveys.

Presentation Skills with PowerPoint Essentials
The workshop is designed to teach you how to create a dynamic, impactful
presentation from start to finish. You are also taught the essential skills of
utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to turn your presentation into a multi-media
experience. Participants are video-taped doing a presentation in the
program; feedback and evaluations will be provided in areas for
improvement.

Workplace Harassment & Violence Workshops
(Bill 168) – It’s the Law! Mandatory Training

Due to amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Act that came
into force on June 15th, 2010, workplaces in Ontario where more than 5
workers are regularly employed will be required to develop written policies
addressing workplace harassment and violence, and must review those
policies at least once a year. Employers are required to conduct training on
these policies to meet their due diligence. We will help your organization
with assessments and the mandatory workshops training to educate your
staff on the details of this new mandate.
