THE LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE® ASSESSMENT AND WORKSHOP

 

The Leadership Challenge® is an effective evidence-based leadership development program that is based upon 30 years of extensive research by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. They conducted hundreds of interviews and case studies in order to understand when leaders perform at their personal best. The research resulted in a clear understanding of five key practices which were present when leaders were at their best – achieving extraordinary results. This approach is now the world’s most simple, yet practical model for leadership development.

Our certified facilitators will take you through an interactive and experiential journey to increase your leadership capacity. Suitable for all levels of leadership, for not-for-profit and corporations alike, our program includes various components to provide a comprehensive experience: These include:

1. A review of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, which is a research-based leadership program which over 3 million people have experienced around the world to enhance their leadership competencies

2. Complete an online 360° Leadership Practices Inventory Assessment, the world’s most widely used tool, to gain a rounded review of your key leadership behaviours which align with the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership

3. An in-depth understanding of effective leadership behaviours in a 2-day experiential workshop with all workbook materials and a copy of The Leadership Challenge® Book

4. Walk-away with a personalized action plan based upon your 360° LPI Assessment, to help you to become the most effective leader you can be!

 

Other leadership programs we offer

Rainmaker Strategies Leadership Development Program

This leadership program is made up of 12 workshops that cover subjects such as leadership styles, communication, conflict resolution, psychology of influence, decision-making, strategic planning, change management and more. Each participant will complete an online validated Leadership Assessment that outlines their core competencies, emotional intelligence, communication preferences and motivational factors. This program can be completed as integrated 12 modules or select stand-alone workshops.
