Team Building Experiential Workshop

This workshop is designed to enhance team effectiveness through experiential games and activities. You will be exposed to practical methodologies that are used to develop cohesive teams who communicate and work together in a more effective and productive manner. Learn in a fun and safe environment, the reasons why teams fail and how to motivate individuals to work collaboratively by understanding the fundamental characteristics, communication styles and motivational factors of each other. Team members will experience team building activities and various methods for continuing to enhance team connections.

Building High Performing Teams & Team Effectiveness

This workshop is designed to teach you the tools and techniques for building an effective team and heartfelt coaching for team members. You will be exposed to practical methodologies for developing collaborative, cohesive teams that communicate and work together in a more powerful and productive manner.

We look at the causes of team dysfunctions and how to overcome these challenges. Team members walk-away with a greater understanding of each other’s social & communication style and motivational factors.

The Employee Engagement & Motivation workshop will give participants several types of tools to become a great motivator to enhance employee engagement, including learning about the 12-Drivers Model, goal setting and influencing skills. Participants will also learn about several most popular motivational models, and how to bring them together to create a dynamic workplace where employees are highly engaged and increase their level of productivity and participation in organizational initiatives.

Goal-Setting & Implementation Mastery

One of the biggest challenges of goal-setting in organizations is the competition between your urgent everyday tasks and important goals that you have set to move projects and the organization forward.
In this workshop, you will learn how to design goals that are SMART and grounded in the context of strategic objectives. Next, you will learn the 4 proven steps for goal achievement which will show you how to use the urgent vs. important goal matrix for decision-making, planning and work management.

Masterful Facilitation Workshop

This course is designed for anyone who has to provide training, facilitate meetings or present to small or large groups of people. Participants will learn many of the underlying factors that affect group dynamics. Learn how individuals process information and what motivates them to learn, and discover how to run buzz groups and conduct effective debriefing. You will acquire powerful communication techniques, learning strategies, special listening skills and how to capture and maintain the attention of your audience. Training includes experiential exercises, lectures, demonstration and self-assessment surveys.

Difficult Conversation & Conflict Resolution

This workshop will enhance you and your team’s ability to manage difficult interpersonal situations among team members and handle sensitive team issues by developing an interest-based negotiation framework and boosting your listening skills.

Learn how to shift a difficult conversation to a learning conversation to create constructive conversations. The concepts you acquire during the workshop will help you to create more harmonious and cohesive relationships. Learn effective ways to facilitate dialogue with your colleagues in a way that lets you maintain control while bringing out the best in each other.

Emotional Intelligence in Teams

Emotional intelligence is increasingly relevant to talent management because it can provide a new way to understand and assess people’s behaviours, attitudes, interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills and individual potential. Research suggests understanding and managing emotions can lead to increase success in all areas of life, including job performance and eligibility for promotion.

Our programs include an online assessment profile of your Emotional Intelligence; how to interpret this report and finally you will learn many ways to increase your emotional control and manage emotionally charged work situations to ensure effective and productive team workflows.

Assessment profiles are available for communication styles, team-building leadership preferences, sales / job competencies, relationship styles, emotional intelligence and motivation factors. We also conduct 360 Degree surveys and organizational surveys for customer service and employee satisfaction.

Team DISC Communication Styles Assessment Profile

This report analyzes you and your co-workers behavioural and communication style you bring to the workplace. It identifies your key preferences, biases and perceptions in team and work environments, as well as:

  • How you and team members respond to problems and challenges 
  • How you and team members influence others to your point of view 
  • How you and team members respond to the pace of the environment 
  • How you and team members respond to rules and procedures set by others 
  • Learn how to avoid style conflicts by learning what to do and not to do when communication with team members.

Participants attest to experiencing a greater sense of calm with an enhanced ability to manage their thoughts, anxiety and reactions to everyday stressors enhancing productivity. As teams learn about Mindfulness together they learn how to reinforce each other to maintain their individual practice. Many teams begin their meetings and other events with a 4-minute Mindful practice.
